The majority of Brian Smith’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and appeals, representing publicly traded companies, as well as locally owned businesses, including banks, financial firms and petroleum exploration companies. Brian also serves as counsel for several closely-held businesses across the state of Texas, advising them on compliance with local, state and federal law on various matters, such as licensing and choice of entity.
