Mack Ed Swindle and his trial team consisting of Brent Shellhorse, John Shaw and paralegal Gordon Rodgers obtained a successful result in the case of WoundKair vs. Medica Rents when a jury returned a sizeable verdict in favor of the client.  After post-verdict motions, the verdict was accepted by the Court and a judgment entered in favor of the client.  Mack Ed expressed his appreciation to his trial team for this which has had a long history and successful final result.  Final Judgment was entered on August 28, 2014.
