John Allen Chalk served as the instructor and facilitator for the American Arbitration Association University’s arbitrator continuing education course “Maximizing Efficiency & Economy in Arbitration: Challenges at the Preliminary Hearing” (2012 ACE6) in Dallas, Texas on April 24, 2012. This three-hour program was part of AAA’s continuing education training for arbitrators who are members of AAA arbitrator panels and was attended by AAA arbitrators from five states.
