John Allen Chalk will present the Keynote presentation to the U.S. Department of Education’s Region VI Advisory Council on March 16, 2014, in Dallas, Texas.  Mr. Chalk’s keynote address will discuss “Current Risk Management Issues for Career Schools and Colleges.”  Mr. Chalk has represented post-secondary career schools and colleges at all levels of regulatory compliance-federal, state and accreditation – and general corporate and litigation matters since 1986.
