John Allen Chalk has been named to a panel of ‘Energy Arbitrators’ by the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (the “ITA”) and the Institute for Energy Law (the “IEL”).  This listing of ‘Energy Arbitrators’ was created by the IEL’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Committee who identified a need for specialists in the arbitration of energy disputes with substantial experience in the energy field.  The IEL committee developed eligibility criteria, solicited applications, and launched the listing with a May 15, 2014 announcement.  Both the ITA and the IEL are affiliated with The Center for American and International Law, Plano, Texas.
