John Allen Chalk chaired a mock arbitration panel on January 27, 2017, at the State Bar of Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Annual Seminar, in Austin, Texas.  Chalk, with the assistance of Whitaker Chalk Law Clerk Tave Doty, drafted the fifty-page case study that the mock arbitration panel of three arbitrators used to deliberate to a mock final award in the presence of approximately one hundred seminar participants.  It was the first mock arbitration panel final award deliberation ever staged for training purposes by the ADR Section of the State Bar of Texas.
