John Allen Chalk has been Appointed Co-Chair of the Legislative Committee of the College of Commercial Arbitrators
John Allen Chalk has been appointed Co-Chair of the Legislative Committee of the College of Commercial Arbitrators by President Eugene Farber. Chalk will serve with Co-Chair Edna Sussman of the CCA Legislative Committee for 2012-2013. The CCA Legislative Committee will monitor and respond to proposed state and federal arbitration legislation.
