Caleb Moore joined Whitaker Chalk Swindle & Schwartz PLLC as of May 12, 2023, and focuses his law practice on real estate and business litigation.

For the first thirteen years of his career, Caleb owned and practiced at his own firm, the Law Firm of Caleb Moore, PLLC. He is admitted to practice law in all Texas courts, and the United States Federal Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, as well as, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.   Caleb brings with him an active case load including cases involving residential and commercial construction, consumer, receiverships, appeals, business disputes and a few other civil disputes and transactional matters.  He is Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, Tarrant County Bar Association and its Construction Law Section and has been an associate member of the Eldon B. Mahon Inn of Court.

Caleb is a 2002 graduate of Texas State University, with a Bachelor of Science, Criminal Justice – Law Enforcement, cum laude.  He received his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2008 as the tenth highest ranking student in his class.  Caleb has been recognized as a Texas “Super Lawyers Rising Star” and a Texas “Super Lawyer,” by “Super Lawyers,” a part of Thomson Reuters.  He has also been recognized as a “Top Attorney” by the Fort Worth Magazine and the Texas Monthly.
