Whitaker Chalk has committed itself to supporting the community and providing legal services to those who are disadvantaged or unable to pay market rates for these services.  We are actively involved with the courts, Tarrant County Bar Foundation, Tarrant County Bar Association, Texas A&M School of Law, legal clinics at Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas, and other organizations where we support our lawyers as they contribute their time and services to ensure that all Texans have fair access to justice.
