David A. Skeels has been named a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, based on his professional achievements and his demonstrated commitment to the improvement of the justice system and his commitment to the rule of law. Each year, the top one-third of one percent of Texas attorneys are invited to become Fellows.
