Decker Cammack’s practice is focused on patent litigation and intellectual property licensing. He has additional experience in commercial litigation, criminal law, patent preparation and prosecution, trademark prosecution and personal injury litigation.
He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in patent litigation matters in the federal district and appellate courts, and before the USPTO and the International Trade Commission. He has also represented clients in patent prosecution matters. Decker’s technological background spans diverse technologies, including firearms technology, oil and gas services equipment, medical devices, and computer hardware, software and telecommunications network components.
Prior to his career in law, Decker was an Airborne/Ranger-Qualified Captain in the United States Army Infantry.
