Thomas S. Brandon, Jr., in representing a Fort Worth based bank, settled a federal class action lawsuit that was filed under the Americans with Disabilities Act relating to whether the bank’s ATMs were compliant under the new ADA standards relating to individuals with visual impairment.  The settlement did not require federal court approval as it was resolved prior to the plaintiff class being certified.
