Mr. McLean files suit on behalf of the City of Fort Worth asserting claims related to street construction defects.  Mr. McLean has represented the City of Fort Worth in connection with pursuing claims of defective street construction and has been successful in negotiating settlements with the contractors and recovering millions of dollars in payments and work on behalf of the tax payers of Fort Worth.
