Thomas S. Brandon, Jr., in representing one of the Defendants, helped settle a lawsuit involving serious allegations of sexual abuse of a minor which occurred in a church setting in which a pastor was accused of molestation and had pled guilty in a criminal case related to the same matter. The lawsuit was against the pastor, church, local government of the church and its denomination.
