Ms. Knight is an accomplished, experienced attorney with diverse business and legal experience. Since joining Whitaker Chalk, Ms. Knight has advised clients on major transactional, regulatory, marketing, and intellectual property issues. Her current clients are in the technology, pharmaceutical, medical device, health care and energy industries.
Prior to joining Whitaker Chalk, Kathleen was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of Alcon Inc. She has over 23 years experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Consumer Product areas. She worked on matters involving all stages of the pharmaceutical product life cycle, from product development and approval to manufacturing, sales, marketing and distribution.
