Hunter T. McLean represents clients in commercial disputes and in complex litigation and arbitration. He handles disputes related to real estate development, construction and transactions, oil and gas, contracts, the sale or acquisition of a businesses or property, intellectual property including trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights, employment and non-compete issues, fraud, deceptive trade practices and other commercial disputes.
